I've been soooo excited to get my keys today! FINALLY! But alas, it will not be so. I talked to my realtor and she said that I get my keys 24 hours after recording (not funding)... Looks like we had a little miscommunication on Friday.
And since yesterday was a holiday and most banks were closed (note: Wells Fargo was OPEN and I worked) everything is pushed back another day. Normally it would have funded yesterday by 5pm. Hopefully funding will take place by 5pm today. Then it will record by 5pm tomorrow. And 24 hours after that makes it Thursday at 5pm.
Patience is hard. Very hard. Jamie, can I get an AMEN on that!
